1. There will be two ADGA sanctioned non-restricted Specialty shows awarded to each District.
2. Applications will be accepted from October 1st to March 1st from all Districts. Postmark on the applicants envelope will be the deciding factor.
3. After March 1st the Specialty Chairman will review all applications from each District keeping in mind the main objective is to showcase the Nubian Breed. The Specialty Chairman will choose the applications that will most showcase the Nubian Breed and award the Specialties via confirmation letter by April 1st along with the winner forms and instructions to the applicants that are chosen.
4. No one state within a District will be awarded both Specialty shows unless there are no other applications from other states in the District.
5. Specialties chosen within a District will be held at least 6 days apart.
6. Specialty Chairman is required to send all plaques and rosettes at least two weeks before a scheduled Specialty. INBA provides plaques for the BOB for Sr. Does and Sr Bucks and rosettes for the GCH Jr. Doe, Sr. Doe, and Sr. Buck.
7. A fifty dollar deposit and a copy of the show rules is required with each application. After all requirements by the sponsoring club have been met $30.00 of the deposit will be refunded with the remaining $20.00 retained by INBA to defray costs of the Specialty Program.
8. All clubs sponsoring a Specialty are required to send completed forms and pictures of all 1st place winners in both age and group classes (when group classes are offered), GCH, RGCH, BOB, and BIS if applicable for Sr. Does, Jr. Does, and Bucks (when bucks are sanctioned) to the Specialty Chairman within 60 days or the sponsoring club forfeits their entire deposit.
